Despite arriving early, the accommodating staff kindly arranged for an early check-in, showcasing their flexibility and dedication to guest satisfaction. the reception team, led by the wonderful Gurleen Kaur, went above and beyond to ensure a warm and hospitable welcome, making us feel like VIPs from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel. The provision of ironing facilities in the room was a thoughtful touch that I greatly appreciated, allowing me to attend meetings looking sharp and professional. the air conditioning provided a cool and comfortable environment, ideal for both work and relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. I found the electric kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room to be a convenient and homely addition, perfect for unwinding with a hot beverage while working on my design projects. Park Inn's attention to detail, outstanding service, and convenient amenities exceeded my stringent criteria, making it a standout choice for digital nomads and travelers alike. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a seamless blend of comfort, functionality, and exceptional hospitality during their stay in India.
